Why we exist
Turn fragmented tournament chaos into one reliable system
Many tournaments still run on disconnected workflows and inconsistent standards — unclear rules, messy brackets, and little visibility after the event ends.
We build the layer that holds planning, live execution, and post-event clarity in one place: so teams, players, and organizers can focus on competition instead of chaos.
Integrity
Fair formats, transparent rules, and reliable reporting.
Player growth
Clear paths to improve, perform, and get noticed.
Organizer excellence
Playbooks and systems for repeatable event quality.
How we work
Listen. Build. Scale.
01
Listen
Feedback from players, captains, and organizers after every event cycle.
02
Build
Turn issues into focused product and process improvements.
03
Scale
Standardize what works so quality holds as volume grows.
Founders
Three friends. One long game.
Smit Jakasaniya, Mayur Barodiya, and Krish Malaviya started Universal Esports after firsthand experience inside competitive gaming circles. They kept seeing the same gaps: inconsistent operations, low transparency, and limited structured opportunities for players.
Their goal is straightforward — a platform where organizers execute with confidence and players progress with clarity. Combined backgrounds in production, tech, and growth power both strategy and day-to-day delivery.
